Owner-approved terms. Any change is managed by Tezz Khana Admin.
1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
The booking will be confirmed only after acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
2. FINAL GUEST COUNT
The final guest count must be confirmed before the event according to the agreed booking schedule.
3. MENU CONFIRMATION
The final menu will be confirmed in writing before the event. Any changes requested after confirmation may result in a revision of the quotation.
4. PRICING
Pricing is based on the selected menu, confirmed number of guests, venue, service requirements and other agreed arrangements.
5. ADDITIONAL SERVICES & CHARGES
Decoration, tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, live counters, transportation, special equipment and other services will be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.
6. TAXES
Applicable government taxes will be charged as specified in the quotation and in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
The advance amount specified in the quotation must be paid to confirm the booking. The full remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date, prior to commencement of the catering service. Any additional charges or services requested and agreed upon subsequently will be billed separately and must be settled as agreed.
8. CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT
Cancellation or postponement charges will depend on the timing of the request and any costs or commitments already incurred by Tezz Khana Catering Service.
9. VENUE ACCESS
The customer must provide reasonable and timely access to the venue for food preparation, delivery, setup and service.
10. FOOD ALLERGIES & SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Customers must inform Tezz Khana Catering Service in advance of any known food allergies, dietary restrictions or special food requirements.
11. ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Guests exceeding the final confirmed guest count may be charged at the applicable per-person rate, subject to our ability to accommodate the additional requirement.
12. ADDITIONAL SERVICE HOURS
Any service hours requested beyond the agreed service period may attract additional charges.
13. DAMAGE OR LOSS
Any damage to or loss of Tezz Khana Catering Service equipment, utensils or other property attributable to the customer, guests, venue personnel or third parties engaged by the customer may be charged to the customer, as applicable.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Tezz Khana Catering Service will not be responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions or other major unforeseen events.
15. FINAL QUOTATION
The quotation accepted by the customer, together with any subsequent written amendments agreed by both parties, will serve as the final reference for the event.
